David has served as the lead analyst on market research projects for a variety of clients in the skiing, tourism, and real estate industries. He has also served as the primary planner/analyst on a variety of housing, growth management, and economic assessment/impact studies, and heads up RRC’s lodging occupancy tracking research.
David has Master’s degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
