Research On America Post-Pandemic

RRC is Leading Post-Pandemic Research

As the pandemic comes to an end, RRC has become a national leader in research efforts to help communities understand and navigate the future.

We  partnered with the International Downtown Association (IDA) on three iterations of the Urban Sentiment Survey to help cities and downtown leaders understand the concerns and priorities of their residents. More than 10,000 people in cities across the U.S. have responded and the results have driven both public and business policies in response to the pandemic and concerns regarding reopening.

We also partnered with major ski resorts and communities nationwide for the Mountain Traveler Sentiment Survey (MTSS) to gauge the priorities of travelers and the best ways to meet their needs and create a safe and comfortable environment. More than 60,000 people have completed the survey, and their feedback has been invaluable in planning for the upcoming winter travel season.

In addition, RRC is working directly with communities nationwide to uncover the concerns, priorities and plans of their residents and visitors. Data is always important. But, in the age of reopening timely data is more critical than ever to drive informed decisions for both public and private sector leaders.
