Vail Community Surveys

Town of Vail logo

Since 2002, RRC has conducted biennial community surveys in Vail, Colorado to gauge resident satisfaction and gather input on local policy. These surveys measure how residents feel about services provided by Town departments and staff, while also offering feedback on key quality-of-life issues such as parking, sustainability, special events, affordable housing, tourism, and public space use. RRC’s findings regularly inform departmental directors, senior staff, and the Town Council, helping shape public policy and guide long-term planning. Each new survey builds on previous results by tracking satisfaction trends and introducing new questions that address emerging community priorities. RRC delivered the most recent 2024 Community Survey results in spring 2024.
